Abstract:

Using the observations of cloud and precipitation from July to September during 1900 － 2009 in Linxia，the statistical character
about the parochial cloud and its relation with rainfall in midsummer in Linxia was analyzed，and the instruction relation about the
parochial cloud at Linxia observation station to territorial rain weather and turning weather process was summarized． Results show that
the primary period in which the yellow steamed bread cloud was observed is from the last ten － day of July to the first ten － day of September，
and occurrence of the yellow steamed bread cloud could indicate it would rain in 24 or 48 hours，the probability of moderate
rain is biggish． The yellow steamed bread cloud occurring at Linxia observation station has well instruction significance to rain weather
and turning weather process in Linxia．

摘要：

利用临夏州1990 ～ 2009 年7 ～ 9 月云天观测资料和地面降水实况资料，分析了本站地方性云的分布特征及其与降水的关系，总结了临夏州地方性云对全州区域性降水和转折性天气过程的指示性，探讨了地方性云产生较大降水的成因。结果表明: ( 1) 临夏州本站出现“黄色馒头云”主要集中在7 月下旬至8 月中旬，9月上旬出现概率也相对较大; ( 2) “黄色馒头云”将预示未来24 h 或48 h 会出现降水，而且出现中雨以上量级降水的可能性很大。临夏州本站“黄色馒头云”对全州区域性降水和久旱逢雨的转折性天气预报均具有很好的指示意义。
