摘要:

本文系统性回顾2010年以来关于东北冷涡的气候特征、暴雨特征、强对流特征、冷涡的结构和发生发展机制、冷涡与平流层相互作用等方面的最新研究成果。这些研究的范围不仅包括直接受冷涡控制的东北地区,还包括冷涡外围地区,如华北、华中、华东、华南、西北和西南地区,这有利于加深对东北冷涡天气系统的全面认识,从而提高冷涡天气的预报水平。并且展望了东北冷涡未来研究的重点方向,即采用新理论方法和较高分辨率资料,不局限于研究其内部结构、发生发展机制,以及冷涡产生的中尺度对流系统结构、运动特征、发展和触发机制,还应探讨冷涡与其他天气系统相互作用的物理机制,特别是冷涡外围地区。另外,冷涡与平流层的相互作用也值得进一步关注。

Abstract:

The advanced researches about climate characteristic, rainstorm characteristic, severe convection characteristic, structure and physical mechanism of occurrence and development of Northeast China Cold Vortex(NCCV), and interaction between NCCV and stratosphere are systematically reviewed in this paper. The summarized areas include not only Northeast China controlled directly by NCCV, but also the periphery of NCCV such as North, Central, East, South, Northwest and Southwest China, which can deepen comprehensive study and improve weather prediction of NCCV. In addition, the paper has looked forward to the key research direction about NCCV in the future, that is researches should not be limited to the inner structure, physical mechanism of occurrence and development of NCCV, and structure, movement characteristic, mechanism of occurrence and development of meso-scale convective systems in the context of NCCV by means of new theories and high resolution data. Physical mechanism of interaction between NCCV and other weather systems is also important, especially in the periphery of NCCV. Besides, more attention should be paid to the interaction between NCCV and stratosphere.
