:依据气象业务需求,以SQLServer、ArcSDE 为数据库依托,以Delphi 为开发工具,以Arc GISEngine Development Kit 9. 2 为开发平台设计并实现了基于GIS 的自动气象站数据系统。在对自动气象站数据自动采集、规范管理和质量检查的基础上,实现了气象要素的多条件灵活查询、异常天气条件的监测和预警等功能,提供了色斑图、折线图、表等形式多样的服务产品表达方式。该系统大部分功能已在北京市气象局决策服务系统稳定运行2 a,取得了较好的应用效果。

According to the needs of meteorological services,the automatic weather station data process system based on GIS was designed and developed by using SQLServer and ArcSDE as database tool and Delphi as programming language as well as ArcGIS Engine Development Kit 9. 2 as core development software. In the basis of automatic collection and standard management and quality checking of the automatic weather station data,the multi - condition querying,the monitoring and warning of abnormal weather processes were realized,and diverse services products including spatial distribution maps and line graphics as well as tables were provided. The most functions of this system had steadily run on Decision - Making Service System of Beijing Meteorological Bureau for two years and made a good effect.
