Abstract:

即ectral reflectance characteristic of vegetation was introduced.  The advantage and disadvantage of several vegetation index-
es in common use were summarized. The characteristics of vegetation monitoring by using MODIS sensor and the two NASA vegeta-
tion indexes products and their shortage were indicated. The importance of studying on MODIS vegetation indexes in Northwest China
was presented.

摘要:

介绍了植被的光谱特征,概述了几种常见的植被指数及其优缺点。对MODIS探测器监测植被的特点和美国NASA归一化差值植被指数(NDVI)和增强植被指数(EVI)产品特性和不足做了说明,指出了研穷西北地区MODIS植被指数的重要意义。
