Abstract:
Based on the daily maximum power load data during 2013-2014 offered by Jibei electric power company, the variation of daily maximum power load and its relationship with temperature and other meteorological factors were analyzed by using mathematical statistics methods. The results show that there were two peak stages (from July to August in summer and from November to December in winter) for maximum daily power load in north region of Hebei, and for a week, daily maximum power load was relatively larger on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and the peak value was on Saturday, while it was minimum on Tuesday. During the peak stage of summer, there were positive correlations between daily maximum power load and daily average temperature, maximum temperature, minimum temperature, average relative humidity as well as sultry index, which passed through the significant test. When daily maximum temperature was more than 26 ℃ or daily average temperature was more than 20 ℃, the daily maximum power load would increase 21.19×104 kW when daily maximum temperature increased 1 ℃.

摘要:
基于冀北电力公司提供的2013—2014年冀北电网逐日最大电力负荷资料,采用数理统计方法分析日最大电力负荷的变化规律及其与气温等气象因子的相关关系,并重点讨论其与气温的关系。结果表明:冀北地区最大电力负荷有2个高峰时段,分别为夏季7—8月、冬季11—12月;日最大电力负荷具有周变化特征,周五、周六、周日为周电力负荷高峰期,周六电力负荷最高,周二电力负荷最低;夏季高峰期,日最大电力负荷与日平均气温、日最高气温、日最低气温、日平均相对湿度、日闷热指数呈正相关,并且通过显著性检验,且当日最高气温高于26 ℃(或日平均气温高于20 ℃)时,日最高气温对日最大电力负荷的1 ℃效应量约为21.19×104 kW。
