气象条件对心脑血管疾病的影响研究进展

摘要：

:综述了国内外利用流行病学和动物实验研究气象对心脑血管疾病影响的研究进展，并且从不同的天气形势和天气过程着手，总结了气象要素的变化对心脑血管疾病发病率和死亡率影响的机理。心脑血管疾病的发生是复杂的多因素引起的，其中气象因子对其发生有一定不利的影响。冷锋、暖锋、台风以及焚风天气会对心脑血管疾病的发病率和死亡率产生不利的影响，并且在温、压、风、湿骤变时，心脑血管发病率最高。

Abstract:

The researches on medical meteorology，especially the influence of weather or climate on cardiovascular diseases were reviewed by integrating the epidemiology and animal experiments． The causation of the cardiovascular diseases is complex，and meteorological factors can induce the cardiovascular diseases，for example，the cold front，warm front，typhoon and foehn weather would increase morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular diseases，and when the meteorological factors change abruptly，the morbidity of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases would be higher．
