摘要：

“甘肃省防雷综合业务管理平台”是具有较好的防雷技术背景、较高的自动化程度、较强的气象服务能力并具有甘肃省区域特色的防雷综合业务管理平台。这个平台以防雷技术规范和法律法规为依托，集防雷信息的采集、加工、信息存储为一体，以提高防雷管理水平、进一步规范防雷业务流程、建立统一的数据库结构、建立防雷信息的快速传递渠道、构建技术交流平台为项目开发目的。平台充分利用信息技术提高了办公效率和节约了开支，在防雷日常业务中起到了积极作用

Abstract:

“Lightning Protection Integrated Business Management Platform in Gansu”has a good technical background of lightning protection，a high degree of automation and strong capabilities of weather service with regional characteristics． The platform relies on the specifications，laws and regulations of lightning protection technology and gathers the collection，processing and storage of lightning protection information with the purpose to improve the management level of lightning protection，regulate the business processes of lightning protection，establish a unified database structure，set up accurate transmission channels of lightning protection information and
build technology exchange platform． The platform makes full use of information technology to improve the working efficiency and save costs and plays a positive role in the ordinary course of business．
