摘要:

 尝试利用欧阳首承教授提出的信息数字化方法,对2009年湖南省的高温热害天气进行分析研究。结果显示:数字化方法不仅可以揭示高温、热害天气的特殊性和预报的客观依据性,而且具有超前2~3d的预报期。具有实用性和可操作性,值得一线预报人员使用并推广。

Abstract:

We try to use the digital information method p roposed by p rofessorOuyang shoucheng to analyze the high - temperature and heat damage weather occurred in Hu’nan Province in 2009. The results showed that the method not only can reveal the specificity of the high - temperature, heat damage weather aswell as the forecast objective basis, but also can be in advance of the forecast period of 2 - 3 days. The method is p ractical and worthy to be used by front - line weather forecasters.
