Abstract:

Statistics analysis about historical data from regional automatic weather stations in Gansu Province showed there were a lot of problems, including the clock jump, the message missing in some stations, temperature anomalies for a long time in some stations, wind elements value kept constant for a long time. A variety of quality control methods like extreme climate checks, internal consistency checks, time consistency checks, spatial consistency checks and format checks had been used to achieve automatic quality control of the whole real-time observation data from regional automatic weather stations based on the advanced computer language programming. In the process of implementation, considering the transmission characteristic of real-time meteorological data, the different quality control algorithms were submitted in different links during the data processing operations in order to not only ensure the timely transfering and sharing but also to ensure the reliability of the information. On the basis of achievement of automatic quality control of real-time data and the analysis of quality control results, the common problems exsiting in real-time data from regional automatic weather stations were summarized, and some related solutions and advice were put forward. The quality of the regional automatic weather stations’ data had obtained certain improvement through the implementation.

摘要:

通过对区域气象自动站历史资料的统计分析,发现甘肃省区域站实时资料存在时钟突跳、部分站点要素及全要素报文缺测、部分站温度长时间异常、风要素长时间不变等问题。应用气候极值检查、内部一致性检查、时间一致性检查、空间一致性检查及格式检查等多种质量控制方法,通过计算机高级语言编程,实现了对甘肃省区域站整点实时观测资料的自动化质量控制。算法在实现时,充分考虑实时气象资料的传输特点,将不同的质量控制算法提交在资料处理的不同环节,既保证了传输和共享的及时性,又保证了资料的可靠性。在实现区域站实时资料自动化质量控制的基础上,通过对质量控制结果的分析,总结出区域站实时资料的常见问题,并提出了相关的解决办法和建议。通过办法的实施,区域自动气象站实时资料的数据质量得到了一定的提高。
