Abstract: This paper analyzed the present situation and existing problems of ground information collection and sharing of weather modification operation, and sorted out the functional requirements of automatic collection system of weather modification operation parameters according to the performance characteristics of weather modification operation equipment and the technical requirements of operation information collection. This paper also designed and implemented the software and hardware system of ground operation information acquisition based on sensor technology, and completed the field test and business trial. Data analysis showed that the system ran stably, the precision of operational azimuth acquisition was ±5 °, elevation angle acquisition accuracy was ±3 °, the accuracy of quantity acquisition was 100%, the accuracy of data transmission was 100%, and the accuracy of all kinds of sensors met the needs of business assessment. The application and popularization of this system could effectively improve the time-effectiveness of ground information acquisition for weather modification operations, and help to fully grasp the dynamics of ground operations in the region,and improve the informationization and standardization management ability of weather modification operations.

摘要: 通过分析人工影响天气地面作业信息采集与共享的现状及存在问题,根据人影作业装备的性能特点和作业信息采集的技术要求,梳理了人影作业参数自动采集系统功能需求,设计并实现了基于传感器技术的人影地面作业信息采集软硬件系统,完成了外场测试和业务试用。数据分析表明:该系统整体运行稳定,作业方位采集精度±5°,俯仰角采集精度±3°,数量采集准确率100%,数据传输准确率达到100%,各类传感器精度符合业务考核需求。该系统应用与推广可有效提升地面人影作业信息采集时效,有利于全面掌握区域内地面作业动态,提高人影作业信息化和规范化管理能力。
