高温胁迫对河套灌区玉米生理指标及产量构成要素的影响

Influence of High Temperature Stress on Physiological Indexes and Yield Components of Maize in Hetao Irrigation District

摘要:

通过设置不同梯度的温度环境,分析高温处理后玉米各项生理指标的变化情况,并对处理过的植株进行跟踪观测,分析产量构成因素的变化,确定玉米高温热害的关键温度。研究结果表明:(1)32 ℃的高温环境,对玉米各项生理指标和产量构成产生一定影响;(2)随着处理温度的升高和高温胁迫时间的延长,可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量与SOD活性均表现为先升后降的波动变化趋势,百粒重茎秆重呈现波动下降趋势,秃尖比呈波动上升趋势;(3)38 ℃是多数生理指标变化的转折点,可视为玉米耐受高温的重要转折温度。

Abstract:

 By setting different gradient temperature environments,this paper analyzed the physiological indexes of maize under different high temperature situation,and tracked the treated plants,analyzed the changes of the yield components,then determined the critical temperatures of the high temperature stress treatment of maize. The results are as follows:( 1) High temperature environment more than or equal to 32 ℃ had some effects on the physiological indexes and yield components of maize; ( 2) With the increasing of treatment temperature and prolonging of the period of high temperature treatment,the soluble sugar content,soluble protein content and SOD activity increased firstly and then decreased,and 100 - kernel weight and stalk weight showed a downward trend,but the ear barren tip showed a upward trend; ( 3) 38 ℃ was a turning point in many physiological indexes of maize tolerance to high temperature,which could be regarded as the important transition temperature.
