副热带极端事件查询与环流检索一体化平台及其应用

The Integration Platform for Querying of Subtropical Extreme Events and Retrieving of Circulations and Its Applications

摘要:

基于实时基本气象要素、 大气环流客观分析场及历史相关资料, 结合副热带地区重要天气气候事件指标和异常相似型的客观划定, 设计了具有查询和检索 2 个模块的副热带极端事件查询与环流检索一体化平台。平台基于 ASP. NET 技术, 使用 C#语言开发而成, 实现了重要天气气候事件及异常查询、 气象要素监测绘图、 近期环流检索和自定义环流检索等功能。平台通过采用 Browser/Server系统结构, 进一步提高了查询的便捷性。文中给出了业务应用的实例, 检验了系统的实用性, 实践表明该平台可以作为副热带地区长—中—短一体化预报业务的重要支撑。

Abstract:

Based on real - time basic meteorological elements,atmospheric circulations analysis fields and historical climatic data,combined with the indexes of important weather and climate events as well as the impersonal determinants of anomaly similar types,the integration platform with querying extreme events module and retrieving circulations module was built,which can query the important weather and climate events,draw climate monitoring picture,and retrieve atmospheric circulations,etc. The querying extreme events module was consisted of the querying meteorological elements item,the querying significant weather item and the monitoring historical rank item. The retrieving circulations module was consisted of the retrieving recent circulations item and the retrieving custom circulations item. With the help of the querying module querying the extreme events and the retrieving module retrieving the circulation situations of the extreme events,the causes of extreme events may be analyzed. It provided forecast clues for medium - term and short -term weather forecast and extension - term as well as short - term climate forecast. The platform was based on ASP. NET technology and developed by C# language. By using Browser/Server structure,the platform was improved the convenience of querying. The practicability of the platform was verified, and the results indicated that the platform should be an important support for the integration long -medium - short forecast business in the subtropical region.
