摘要/Abstract

摘要： 详细介绍了陕西省安康市气象局搭建的汉江流域（陕南段）水文气象服务系统，该系统利用气象、水文等相关数据，基于精细化预报技术和水文气象模型，从自动化水文气象监测网建设、精细化水文气象预报、水文气象服务、三维仿真化模拟四个方面进行设计，采用人工智能（AI）、大数据（big data）和云计算（cloud computing）技术。该系统为汉江流域陕南段气象水文的监测预报和防汛抗旱气象服务，特别是各大中型水库防汛调度和蓄水发电，提供了精细化的预报服务产品和科学化的应急策略，提高了汉江流域（陕南段）水文气象服务的能力和水平。

Abstract: In order to improve the ability of the hydro-meteorological service, the hydro-meteorological service system of Hanjiang Basin in southern Shaanxi was established based on the refined weather forecast technology and hydro-meteorological model as well as related meteorological observations and hydrological information. The system was designed and developed according to the developing of automatic hydro-meteorological monitoring network, refined hydro-meteorology forecast, as well as the preliminary application of hydro-meteorological service and exploring of 3D simulation. Meanwhile, an ‘ABC’ technology including “artificial intelligence”, “big data” and “cloud computing” had been put into use in the system. As a result, the system could provide the refined forecast and service products and the scientific emergency strategies for the weather monitoring and forecasting, the meteorological service in flood prevention, especially the flood prevention scheduling in Hanjiang Basing in southern Shaanxi.
